Our Programs

Athlete & ParentCode of Conduct

G.R.O.W. Athletes is a disciplined, structured program. Every athlete, parent, and guardian is expected to uphold these standards at all times.

Conduct & Respect

01
Verbal abuse, bullying, taunting, or disrespect toward coaches, staff, or fellow athletes will result in immediate removal.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
02
No fighting, roughhousing, or physical aggression of any kind — on or off the training floor.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
03
Profanity, racial slurs, or any demeaning language toward any person is strictly prohibited.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
04
Phones must be silenced and stored during all training sessions. Photos or video require explicit coach approval.
05
Athletes must be coachable — listen actively, respond positively to feedback, and encourage teammates.

Safety & Equipment

06
Athletes must follow all coach and staff instructions immediately and precisely. Failure to follow safety commands is a zero-tolerance violation.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
07
No athlete may use weights or equipment without a coach present and a proper demonstration of correct form.
08
Proper athletic footwear — closed-toe, non-slip sneakers — must be worn at all times. No sandals, slides, or bare feet.
09
Any pain, injury, or discomfort must be reported to a coach immediately. Never train through unknown pain.
10
All weights and equipment must be returned to their designated locations after every use.

Attendance & Punctuality

11
Athletes must arrive on time and ready to train. More than three unexcused absences may result in removal from the program.
12
A parent or guardian must physically sign the athlete in and out of every session. No unsupervised departures permitted under any circumstances.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
13
Planned absences must be communicated to coaching staff at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email.

Health & Wellness

14
Athletes must arrive hydrated and bring a clearly labeled personal water bottle to every session.
15
Any athlete experiencing a communicable illness must remain home and may return only after 24 hours symptom-free or with written medical clearance.
16
Performance-enhancing substances, unapproved supplements, or any controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
17
All known medical conditions must be disclosed on the consent form. Changes in medical status must be communicated to staff immediately.

Parent & Guardian Conduct

18
Parents and guardians must treat all coaches, staff, athletes, and other parents with respect at all times. Disruptive parent behavior will result in the athlete's removal.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
19
Parents must not interfere with coaching, drills, or training sessions. Trust the process and the program.
20
Parents are responsible for ensuring their athlete arrives on time, is properly equipped, and has reviewed these rules as a family.

Zero Tolerance — Immediate Dismissal

21
Any form of harassment — physical, verbal, or digital — targeting an athlete, coach, staff member, or parent.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
22
Possession or use of weapons, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or controlled substances on premises.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
23
Theft, vandalism, or intentional destruction of equipment or property.
⛔ Zero Tolerance
